Annual Servicing
- All moving parts are cleaned, inspected, and re-lubricated with Chesterton 622 grease, as specified by Dentsply Sirona.
- Electrical components and internal communications are tested.
- Device firmware and Sidexis is updated if available.
- Each device is fully calibrated and a dose measurement is taken.
- A certificate of service is provided to cover CQC requirements.

Repairs
Our Dentsply Sirona trained engineers have years of experience working with the Orthophos range. Regularly maintained devices should provide years of fault-free use, but if the unexpected happens, we can fix it. Call us for any consumables and accessories.
Only genuine Dentsply Sirona parts are used.
Training
We provide staff training – covering use, patient positioning, software, and cleaning for all Orthophos 2D/3D XG & SL units.
Integration
We can show you how to combine your CBCT & CEREC Data to mill or 3D print extremely accurate surgical guides.
